All goods supplied by Optionbridge are subject to the Australian Consumer Law. Consumers are entitled to remedies where goods are faulty, do not match description, or do not meet acceptable quality.

- Minor issues will be repaired, replaced, or refunded based on circumstances.
- Statutory rights are not limited by our own warranty — they are in addition to it.

Returns & Change of mind
Optionbridge accepts returns for incorrect deliveries or faulty goods. Change-of-mind returns are handled at our discretion — some items (custom finishes, cut-to-size tops) may not be returnable. Return shipping costs may apply unless goods are faulty.
Delivery, Lead Times & Risk
We deliver across Australia using trusted carriers. Estimated lead times are provided on order confirmation. Risk and ownership pass to you in accordance with the terms on your invoice — typically upon delivery or collection unless agreed otherwise.
- Standard metro delivery times: 3–12 business days depending on stock and location.
- Regional and remote deliveries: additional transit time and costs may apply.
- Insurance options are available for high-value shipments.
Legal Notices, Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. If a dispute arises we ask customers to follow this process:

- If unresolved within 14 days, escalate to our complaints officer for internal review.
